The students also had the\u00a0<strong>opportunity to practise standard procedures<\/strong>\u00a0(such as payrolls, employment contracts etc).<\/p><p>The <strong>class<\/strong> was organized in <strong>3 different meetings<\/strong> following a <strong>practise methodologies<\/strong> in which ones there are <strong>professional<\/strong> <strong>experts<\/strong> as: Mr Maurizio Tessenda President of National Labour Association, Emanuela Baroni, Paolo Biscarini, Beltrami Raffaello, Deloiso Rita, Salvadei Ivan and Camilli Giovanni that <strong>actively involved the participants<\/strong> to lead them in <strong>simulation texts<\/strong> to understand the real <strong>labour market situation<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The <strong>enthusiastically students feedback<\/strong> during the meetings (they prepared an employment contract and a paycheck) and the <strong>will of National Labour Association<\/strong> to go on by proposing other classes for students in the future, they are the <strong>best measure of effectiveness<\/strong> of the <strong>project<\/strong> and its <strong>achievements<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last january the\u00a0Business Management Department\u00a0of\u00a0ITE \u201cScarpellini\u201d\u00a0of Foligno (IT) organized a\u00a0workshop\u00a0with the\u00a0experts of A.N.C.L.(National Labour Association).
