    Born in Leipzig in 1640, Susanna Eger<\/strong> began to earn her livelihood by becoming a cook for Leipzig’s affluent citizens<\/strong>. She published her recipes regarding the Saxon cuisine<\/strong> in a cookbook. Following in her footsteps the Susanna-Eger-School has been offering vocational training<\/strong> in a dual system since 1992 in the sectors of catering<\/strong> and hotel industry<\/strong> as well as bakery trade.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
