The <strong>good practices<\/strong> were <strong>related to the improvement of VET<\/strong> <strong>staff skills<\/strong> through participation in international teaching activities and working meetings and structured VET trainings.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Good <\/strong><strong>practice 1 &#8211; Vocational High School of Electrical Engineering, Galabovo, Bulgaria<br \/><\/strong>In <strong>February 2020<\/strong> the team of the school held a working meeting with <strong>teachers<\/strong> from the <strong>Edirne Vocational High School in Turkey<\/strong>. Some specifics of the Turkish educational system were also highlighted and the teachers exchanged different ideas and best practices of <strong>teaching methodologies<\/strong> and <strong>techniques in the field of Electrical engineering<\/strong>.<br \/><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8294\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enneproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/1practises.png\" alt=\"1practice\" width=\"580\" height=\"324\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enneproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/1practises.png 551w, https:\/\/www.enneproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/1practises-300x168.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px\" \/><\/li><li><strong>Good practice 2 &#8211; Diagnose Car \u2013 <\/strong><strong>Connectief<\/strong><strong>, Belgium<br \/><\/strong>It is a collaboration between the private sector and the ministry of education. In this project, private companies give access to the schools to a variety of modern cars with network technology, diagnostic equipment and technical data. All participating teachers receive Train the trainer sessions depending on the cars.\u00a0<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8301\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enneproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/2practices.jpg\" alt=\"2practice\" width=\"580\" height=\"365\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enneproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/2practices.jpg 708w, https:\/\/www.enneproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/2practices-300x189.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px\" \/><\/li><li><strong>Good practice 3 &#8211; <\/strong><strong>RTC <\/strong><strong>East-Flanders<\/strong><strong>, Belgium<br \/><\/strong>RTC main objective is to activate and reinforce cooperation between education,\u00a0 companies and other labor market actors by connecting schools and businesses, sharing technology infrastructure and equipment and competence enhancement of teachers and students.<\/li><li><strong>Good practice 4 &#8211; CREATE project, <\/strong><strong>Syntra West, Belgium<br \/><\/strong>The project aimed to organize 6 mobilities placement for 20 Belgian teachers in Barcelos, Portugal in the summer of 2019. The <strong>focus<\/strong>\u00a0at CRE-ATE is on\u00a0<strong>ICT-supporting teaching<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0<strong>train-the-trainer principle<\/strong>.\u00a0The project goal is not only to provide teachers with ICT skills, but also to give them a practical approach by using coaching methodology.<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8309 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enneproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/4practises-1024x370.png\" alt=\"4practice\" width=\"580\" height=\"210\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enneproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/4practises-1024x370.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.enneproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/4practises-300x108.png 300w, https:\/\/www.enneproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/4practises-768x277.png 768w, https:\/\/www.enneproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/4practises.png 1088w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px\" \/><\/li><li><strong>Good practice 5 &#8211; FUTURE FOR US, Bulgaria<\/strong><br \/>The project was implemented by the Vocational high School of Construction and Woodworking &#8220; Nedyo Ranchev &#8222;Stara Zagora and the teachers conducted a training placement in Barcelona in 2019. The main aim was to stimulate the use of digital methods by studying and introducing innovative pedagogical approaches and setting up a mediation team at school to reduce aggressive events, conflict situations and the number of dropouts of school children.<br \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8319 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enneproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/5practises.jpg\" alt=\"5practice\" width=\"467\" height=\"351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enneproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/5practises.jpg 467w, https:\/\/www.enneproject.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/5practises-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 467px) 100vw, 467px\" \/><\/li><\/ul><p>The <strong>thematic room gathered in total of 33 participants<\/strong> &#8211; many VET teachers, project coordinators; 3 management representatives and other stakeholders.\u00a0 Representatives from Belgium, Italy, Bulgaria, Albania, Ukraine joined the discussion. According to the participants the most suitable types of staff, mobilities are structured VET training and job shadowing.
