Next Level X<\/a> students<\/strong> in care and <strong>educator-counselor<\/strong> do an <strong>internship<\/strong> in the <strong>Martha Flora<\/strong> <strong>nursing home<\/strong> in <strong>Maastricht<\/strong>, the Netherlands.<br \/>They accompany and care for <strong>care recipients and organise activities independently<\/strong>, guided by a mentor. <br \/>They keep an internship journal and a blog. The students visit a Dutch school with the same curriculum. Teachers learn from the <strong>differences in approach<\/strong>, pupils gain insight into the work field.
