Indeed, <strong>the course promoted by EGInA<\/strong>, allowed them to develop these ideas during <strong>hands-on workshop sessions<\/strong>, as well as provide detailed <strong>theoretical insights<\/strong> into the calls considered and design techniques.<\/p><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4027 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.erasmuspluska1.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/PHOTO-2022-12-13-11-59-22-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1536\" \/><br \/>The course is structured in a <strong>blended format<\/strong>, in which there are two<strong> online introductory classes,<\/strong> a week of intensive <strong>face-to-face work<\/strong> that includes theoretical part and hands-on workshops on drafting real projects, and an additional online follow-up phase to evaluate and support project development.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4028 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.erasmuspluska1.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/PHOTO-2022-12-15-14-58-39-1-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-4029 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.erasmuspluska1.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/PHOTO-2022-12-15-14-58-39-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/>The topics covered by the course ranged from <strong>understanding the Erasmus+ programme<\/strong>, contextualized within the policies of the European Commission and sustainable development plans, to the attention in depth of the <strong>call prerequisites and effective writing techniques<\/strong>. The hands-on workshop sessions are designed to enable participants to engage with idea development at all stages of a project:<\/p><ul><li>determining priorities;<\/li><li>identifying objectives;<\/li><li>identifying activities, results and outcomes.<\/li><\/ul><p>The ideas that emerged from the<strong> participants, given the heterogeneity of the group<\/strong>, ranged across a number of topics, including: <strong>innovation in school and VET education with the introduction of student- centered methodologies<\/strong>; <strong>well-being at the workplace<\/strong>; <strong>creating farmer networks<\/strong> <strong>against climate change<\/strong>; <strong>combating gender-based violence<\/strong>; and<strong> using digital media for teaching STEAM<\/strong>.<\/p><p>During the course, <strong>participants were also able to enrich their overview in the area of Erasmus+ projects<\/strong> by<br \/>attending presentations of several projects carried out (or recently completed) by EGInA, including:<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/themissingentrepreneurs.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Missing Entrepreneurs (Promoting capacity building of Missing Entrepreneurs for inclusive digital<br \/>entrepreneurship and digital transformation of businesses)<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fit4digiline.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fit4DigiLine (Fit 4 Digital Linguistic Education)<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/acceasyproject.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acceasy (Easy to Read, Easy to Access)<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.artzheimer.eu\/?fbclid=IwAR0viqMgWu_Le6NGi8QhEyTfaiO2iAl_ORhB6kMMjmQkZ-hC04Rv56NpUno\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AIDA (Alzheimer patients Interaction through Digital and Arts funded by the European Union through ERASMUS+)<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.diocesidifoligno.it\/2022\/12\/06\/artemia-larte-come-mezzo-per-linclusione-e-laccessibilita\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ArteMIA (regional project) &#8211; Art as a means of Inclusion and Accessibility<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>This allowed participants to <strong>see in practice how the objectives and outcomes described in the project design<\/strong> phase are<strong> translated into real partnership activities and results<\/strong> that can be scaled up internationally or locally.
