University of National and World Economy with more than 20 thousand students. It provides vocational education and training and life-long learning since 1970.<\/p><p>Now <strong>IPS at UNWE is a leader in postgraduate studies<\/strong> in the<strong> areas of business, management and law<\/strong> and offers t<strong>raining services to Bulgarian and foreign citizens<\/strong> who have already acquired diploma for high and\/or higher education.<\/p><p>It is a<strong> certified institution<\/strong> under ISO 9001:2015, holding a certificate for<strong> quality management system<\/strong> covering the <strong>fields of postgraduate training<\/strong>, <strong>project management<\/strong> and <strong>consulting<\/strong>. IPS qualification diploma is recognized and approved by the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science and National Agency for Vocational Education and Training.<\/p><p>IPS works with top and middle level managers in <strong>private<\/strong> and <strong>public sectors<\/strong>, <strong>entrepreneurs<\/strong>, <strong>public administration officers<\/strong>, <strong>teachers<\/strong>, <strong>experts<\/strong> who strive for <strong>professional careers<\/strong> in different social sectors as well as <strong>individual trainees<\/strong>.<\/p><p>IPS builds a stable basis for <strong>life-long career<\/strong> for its course participants and solves problems of its customers in an uncertain world.<br \/>IPS at UNWE is focused on the organisation of t<strong>rainings meeting practical<\/strong> needs of its customers,<strong> development and implementation of international projects<\/strong>, <strong>consulting services<\/strong> on <strong>educational policies<\/strong> and practices and elaboration of <strong>strategic<\/strong> <strong>documents<\/strong>, concerning <strong>education and training<\/strong>. Among the major objectives of the IPS is the <strong>improvement of the prospects of the trainees on the labour market<\/strong> (many of which are young people under 29 years of age), thus helping to prevent and <strong>reduce youth unemployment<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The priorities of the Institute include<strong> improvement of employee skills<\/strong> and <strong>knowledge<\/strong>, <strong>adaptable<\/strong> to the<strong> changing environment<\/strong>, contributing to <strong>competitiveness and sustainability<\/strong> through the creation of <strong>flexible and effective environment of the training and learning processes<\/strong>. <br \/>The individual approach to the Institute\u2019s customers allows for the establishment of a<strong> direct relationship<\/strong> between <strong>research<\/strong>, <strong>teaching<\/strong> and <strong>training<\/strong>, managed as projects.<\/p><p>IPS has participated in <strong>40 international projects under ERASMUS+, LLP, World Bank and other programmes<\/strong>, and <strong>over 60 local consulting<\/strong> and <strong>training<\/strong> <strong>projects<\/strong>. The scope of project activities <strong>includes VET<\/strong>, capacity building for <strong>SMEs<\/strong>, organizational restructuring and
