The Institute for Qualification, IP-RAM, is located in the city of Funchal, Portuguese island of Madeira.
The institute performs functions of Regional Secretariat of Education, under the Regional Secretary of Education, aiming at greater efficiency, effectiveness and quality in the pursuit of common objectives within the National System of Qualifications, with the aim of enhancing the value of teaching and vocational training.
